WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
The Elite Blog Academy Shop accepts all payment methods including most major credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please verify your payment method is acceptable prior to your purchase.
HOW DO I SET UP THE ACCOUNT I CREATED AT CHECKOUT?
During the checkout process, you had the opportunity to create an account. You will be automatically emailed with a link to activate your account. The email subject line is "Customer Account Activation". Be sure to check your spam or promotions folders if you do not see the email.
CAN I SHARE YOUR IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We're so happy you want to share your love for the products here at the Elite Blog Academy Shop. Please credit us when using images from our sites and social media pages. Feel free to include our hashtags and we may feature your images on our social media pages.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER? WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the US and around the world. Shipping costs are based on weight and provided directly by our shipping provider. We do offer many shipping methods and strive to get our products out to you in a timely manner.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We know you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to get every product in your hands as fast as we can. How quickly you receive your items will depend on which shipping method you choose at checkout.
Orders are processed in the order received, usually shipping within 24 hours, though there may be a short delay during busy shipping seasons or for orders placed on a holiday or weekend. Orders placed after 11am ET on Friday will most likely ship on Monday, as the warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Because our orders are generally processed immediately once they are received, we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information. Please verify your shipping address during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! International orders require extended shipping time and we are not responsible for delays at customs. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Additionally, import duties, taxes or other charges are not included in our shipping price. Please consult your country's customs office prior to purchasing to determine these prices.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Home Business Starter Kit & New Blogger’s Toolbox Refund Policies
A full refund will be issued for any refund requests received within 30 days of purchase for both the Home Business Starter Kit & New Blogger’s Toolbox, as well as any of our other digital products priced at $297 or less.
Policy Regarding Refunds Denominated In Foreign Currency
All transactions made by Ruth Soukup Omnimedia, Inc. are denominated in US Dollars. If your transaction requires a conversion to a currency other than US dollars, those charges are controlled by the processor. If a refund is required, please be advised that the refund will be issued in US Dollars at the same price as the original purchase. Any difference between original foreign currency exchange rates and foreign currency exchange rates on the date of the refund are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ruth Soukup Omnimedia, Inc. is nor responsible for foreign currency exchange rates or charges.
Return of Physical Goods
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on physical goods. Please take the time to review all our photos, and be sure that the item will suit your needs, as all orders of physical goods are final once the order is placed.
